Mr. Seewald, director of Jewish Community Watch, was honored by the District Attorney’s office at their annual Chanukkah party on December 10th. District Attorney Charles Hynes personally awarded Seewald with a plaque that states “In recognition of your outstanding strength of character, tireless service and dedication to the community. I join with the residents of Brooklyn to congratulate you on this auspicious occasion.”

The award was the first of its kind to be issued by the DA’s office.
