It should be noted that before the exposition of a predator, their case is brought before a board including Rabbonim, therapists and attorneys and a unanimous decision decides whether he or she will be exposed. In addition, certain situations have been brought to light where the predator is undergoing extensive therapy, not involved with children and is paying for their victims therapy as well. In those instances, as long as he or she abides by the conditions we set, this predator will not be exposed as he or she is deemed not to be a threat.
