SERVICE LIMITATIONS, EMERGENCIES, AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Jewish Community Watch does not provide emergency services, detoxification counseling, custody evaluations/decisions, visitation decisions or other forensic work/findings, or care for those with acute mental illnesses. Those requiring these critical care services are referred to the appropriate facilities in the area. In the event that emergency care is needed (sexual assault, domestic/intimate partner violence, abuse or neglect), please contact 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
All correspondence and interaction with JCW is kept confidential in accordance with local law. Sensitive information is restricted to a limited number of credentialed employees who are involved with the Health Services or Protective Services departments. Individuals who have access to this data must meet certain requirements.
