Ezrachi pled guilty to four counts of indecent sexual acts against two 12 year boys who he had been tutoring in his local shul. The Jerusalem District Court sentenced him to six months imprisonment as well as community service with a requirement to undergo a risk-assessment, and ordered him to pay financial compensation to the victims.
