In 2006 the Netanya District Court in Israel sentenced Beny Farjon to 7 months in prison, after he pled guilty to multiple counts of indecent sexual acts and sexual harassment of three 13 year old boys. The abuse took place when he was teaching the students in a cheder in Netanya. At the time of his arrest, Fajon had been teaching at a boys school in Tzfat.
