In 2008 Dolovich was charged with distribution of child pornography, after investigators found evidence that he had traded hundreds of images, most involving children ages three to seven, engaged in sex acts, as well as conversations in which Dolovich described how he would rape the children in the images. He pled guilty and served no jail time.
