The allegations brought forth against Nussbaum include, that while working as a teacher in a private religious school in the Bathurst Street/Steeles Avenue area, he sexually assaulted a 12−year−old boy at the school and during a summer camp.
In the 1980’s Heshi Nussbaum plead guilty to child abuse charges. He did not receive jail time. He was convicted a second time in 2014.
