On March 20th 2018 Menachem Mendy Weiss was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a minor in the first degree, after a victim came forward alleging that Weiss had abused him in 1999 in Woodcliff, NJ.
On September 9th, 2019 Weiss pled guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a minor and the prosecution recommended 6 years incarceration and registration as a sex offender.
Additionally, JCW has received further allegations from other men that Weiss abused them. We have found those allegations to be credible and deeply concerning.
