Moshe David Sharabi was charged with four counts of attempted coercion and enticement of a minor and one count of traveling across state lines to have sex with a minor. In 2012 Sharabi pled guilty to traveling in interstate commerce from Pennsylvania to West Virginia, for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act with a person under 18 years of age. He was sentenced to 63 months imprisonment to be followed by lifetime supervision.
