In 2015 Reuven Yisrael Waltzer (who also goes by the name Weiss) was arrested and charged with numerous sexual offences against three male clients who he had been treating as a therapist. Waltzer/Weiss had advertised himself as a sex therapist and manipulated his clients mentally and psychologically into engaging in sexual acts with him.
In 2019 Waltzer/ Weiss was convicted of indecent sexual acts against three of his male clients, one of whom was a minor at the time of the offences.
