Convicted
In 1999 Bellin pled guilty to two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Bellin was accused of sexually assaulting two girls, one seven and one four years old, seven years prior. The plea deal was offered after one of the victims broke down in court and fled, screaming. Bellin was sentenced to five years probation.
