In 2008 Goldman was convicted of attempted possession of an obscene sexual performance of a child less than 16 years old and sentenced to probation. In 2015, Goldman was convicted of numerous courts of promoting a sexual performance of a child under 17; possessing a sexual performance of a child under 16 years old; promoting a sexual performance of a child, and was again sentenced to 10 years probation.
