On April 4th 2018 Yitzy (Eugene/ Yitzchak) Rosman was arrested and charged with felony sexual abuse of a child under 13 and 3 misdemeanor charges of forcible touch, acting in a manner injurious to a minor, and sexual contact with a minor. He plead guilty to the Class A misdemeanor charge of acting in a manner injurious to a child and in May 2019 he was sentenced to probation.
