Malik was arrested in 2013 and charged with the sexual assault of four boys, ages 13- 16. He was accused of fondling the boys and forcing two of them to perform oral sex on him. Malik plead guilty in 2014 to luring a child and sexual misconduct. The luring charge was subsequently dropped after Malik completed a sex offender class and other probation requirements, and in 2016 he was sentenced to 60 days in prison and 6 years probation.
