Goldshmidt was accused of molesting his 12 year old students, from the cheder where he taught in 2003 through 2005. He was originally charged with 22 counts of sodomy and indecent sexual acts against a child. In 2006 he pled guilty to 12 counts of indecent sexual acts against a child.
